Michelle Knox

Michelle Knox is the Founder and President of M. Knox and Associates, an executive coaching and leadership development consulting firm. She heads a business-savvy team of coaches and consultants who help successful leaders of small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies, become better leaders and develop better teams to achieve better results.

 

She brings more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world to her work with clients, including 20 years as an executive coach. She directed leadership development and organizational effectiveness functions and led change and process improvement initiatives in Fortune 500 companies, such as Motorola, American Express, Office Depot, and National Car Rental. As an executive consultant and lead coach with Right Management and Korn Ferry, Michelle partnered with clients in the aerospace, financial services, consumer products, healthcare, pharmaceutical, logistics/supply chain, professional services, technology, and utility industries, among others. Her work included executive and team coaching, group coaching for accelerated development, succession planning, strategic planning and alignment, communication strategies and plans, and organizational performance. As a member of the leadership team for a national retail start-up, she successfully launched highly profitable consumer learning centers. She also helped launch a successful digital marketing agency. As a member of GE’s adjunct leadership faculty, Michelle facilitated programs for high potential and senior leaders at the Management Development Institute at Crotonville.

In her work with clients today, Michelle uses her warm, but direct style to guide C-suite, senior, and high potential leaders to achieve sustainable behavioral change. Primary areas of focus include development and transition into new roles, accelerated development, taking leadership to the next level, visionary leadership, influence and collaboration across the enterprise, and communication. She partners with executive and senior leadership teams to strengthen the behaviors, practices, and processes that improve cohesion and drive results. And she collaborates with executives to design, structure, and facilitate executive offsites and leadership summits. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. She received certification from the ICF approved program, The Proficient Coach, at the University of Miami, and is certified in numerous assessments including The Birkman Method, MBTI, Everything DiSC, and The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.

He has an engineering background in Computer Sciences (University of East Anglia) and is currently working on a master’s in organizational psychology at the University of London. He also graduated from the Harvard Business School Program for Senior Leadership Development as well as Insead Industrial Marketing.


Jesus a member of The International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Harvard Institute of Coaching.  He is also a volunteer for different coach initiatives and an active mentor in several not-for-profit organizations helping young entrepreneurs and women in technology and leadership.

Kathleen Johnson, MBA PCC

Kathleen Clement Johnson, MBA PCC is a leadership coach with over thirteen years of experience. She specializes in coaching high-potential, mid-level leaders to consciously and effectively strengthen their positive leadership style.   She comes with over twenty-five years experience as a successful consultative account manager and effective team leader in Fortune 250 companies in the financial services, information technology and human capital industries.  Her experience includes serving as a Senior Vice President & Client Executive at Marsh Inc., the global risk management and insurance consulting giant.  As an entrepreneur, she successfully started, ran and sold a commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage firm.

Chuck Powell

While obtaining a PhD in Leadership and Change, Chuck’s research focused on the relationship and impact between common purpose and leadership. He also holds Master’s Degrees in Education (with a concentration in Counseling) and Healthcare Administration. His Bachelor’s Degree is in Business Management. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

 

Chuck is an adjunct staff member for M. Knox and Associates. He has provided coaching and consulting services for General Electric, Navigant, Siemens, Hologic, and Emory University. He served as a subject matter expert for organizational wide transformation efforts and prepared leaders and their teams to navigate evolving landscapes through assessment, systems thinking, empowerment of all participants, and the thoughtful implementation of technology.

Chuck and his wife live in Georgia along with their two dogs. His first book is about an emerging leader’s discovery of self, leadership style, and common purpose. He engages in volunteer work mentoring women leaders and is working on a second book.

Chuck Powell specializes in leadership development at the individual and group levels, executive and life coaching, organizational development, and healthcare consulting. He helps clients navigate a path of awareness, insight, and action to achieve meaningful and sustained results. He holds faculty appointments at Emory University and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he teaches graduate courses on organizational development, leadership, and change management.

 

Prior to becoming a Coach and Consultant, Chuck served as a US Air Force Officer and then held a dual role as Vice Chair and Vice President at Emory University and Emory Healthcare. Over the course of his 15-year career at Emory, he was instrumental in taking a net income loss and turning it into an annual bottom line exceeding $40M while also optimizing the patient care, research, and education missions. Chuck co-founded a Leadership Academy for Emory that is now in its twelfth year with over 110 graduates comprised of physicians, administrators, researchers, nurses, and technologists. In 2017, Chuck was recognized by his peers with an international award for being the “Most Effective Administrator.”

Colleen Bastian

Colleen Bastian

Colleen Bastian focuses on achieving business results to help her clients reach their greatest potential. Her areas of expertise include organizational assessment, leadership and team development, and executive coaching. She also has special interest and expertise in diversity and inclusive leadership, leader identity, and human performance.


Prior to becoming an executive coach and organizational consultant, Colleen served as an internal coach at eBay Inc.  She was also a top performing senior sales representative and leader in the hospital and specialty sales sector and served on the Leadership Council. 

 

Colleen is an adjunct staff member for M. Knox and Associates. Her partial client list includes leaders at Fortune 500 companies such as Gap Inc., Humana, Intel, JM Family, Johnson & Johnson, Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC), and Ultimate Software.  She has worked with leaders in a wide array of industries and levels which include professional services, healthcare, finance, marketing, technology, and sales.

Colleen holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology.  She is a certified professional coach (PCC) and remains active in her own professional development. In addition, she serves on the Leadership Council of the Society of Consulting Psychologists (Division 13 of the APA) as Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

 

Colleen resides in south Florida with her husband Bruce and her two children and enjoys competing in triathlons and swim races.

Monique A. Betty

Monique A. Betty is a certified executive coach who specializes in coaching executives and professionals who desire to strengthen and develop their leadership for the ultimate benefit of improved performance. Throughout her more than 20 years of corporate and general business experience, Monique  has held leadership positions in senior administration, marketing, external affairs, project management, communications and sales within top U.S companies; Eli Lilly and Company ‘Lilly,’ The Coca-Cola Company,  Abbott Laboratories and Eastman  Kodak Company to name a few.

 

Monique’s effective leadership, communications and management skills contributed to her ability to lead significant change within the organizations she has worked. She thrives on evolving new ideas from concept to reality and is known for her enthusiasm and positive outlook.  Examples of some of her accomplishments include a major pharmaceutical product launch to the U.S. consumer marketplace while at Lilly, led a consulting team in Warsaw, Poland in analyzing a company’s national sales and distribution process while employed by PepsiCo Foods Int'l, and achieved top sales performance in the office equipment, pharmaceutical and foodservice industries.

For the past 11 years Monique has worked as an executive coach and is an adjunct staff member for M. Knox and Associates. Her clients describe her style as challenging, yet compassionate, and are quick to acknowledge her passion for their success in achieving their desired professional goals. She has deep experience in deriving high performance through individuals in pursuit of improved interpersonal, strategic and leadership skills. It is her goal to support others in their pursuit of achieving their professional best.

 

Monique earned her Master's in Business Administration degree with concentration in corporate strategy and marketing, from the University of Michigan and Bachelor of Science degree and marketing major from The Ohio State University.

 

She is a certified coach trainer and Master Certified Coach with the Center for Coaching Certification and is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
